We at NCOC N.V. greatly value our reputation and scrupulously adhere to principles of integrity, honesty and transparency. We make a special effort to ensure that both our colleagues and contractors are fully committed to complying with our ethical standards.


Our Ethics Hotline provides a confidential channel to report on potential instances of fraud and illegal or unethical activities as well as other concerns our people may have related to NCOC N.V. or third parties that do business with us.

All messages received by the Hotline are accepted and processed by an independent company, which guarantees confidentiality (and anonymity if you wish to remain anonymous). Submitted messages are processed and forwarded to the authorized persons within NCOC N.V., who then ensure that the issues raised are addressed in a professional, confidential manner.

By contacting the Ethics Hotline, you confirm the processing of your personal data by employees of the NCOC N.V. independent Ethics Hotline operator and its transfer to the NCOC official responsible for taking action on your message.


Remember: By following the tips below, you will help us to respond to your message in a timely and efficient way:
 

  • Be proactive – Report the incident as soon as you become aware of it;
     

  • Be unbiased – Your message should stick to the facts of the case only; avoid expressing your personal opinion about the case and the individuals involved or your attitude towards them;
     

  • Be complete and accurate – Provide information that is as complete and accurate as possible; give as much information as you can about the case, such as dates, the names and positions of the employees involved and related persons, company names, addresses, etc.;
     

  • Provide back up – Back up your message by providing accompanying materials that can confirm the facts you are reporting, such as supporting documents or references to such documents or specific persons who can provide confirmation.
